Make a plant-based sausage you'd actually choose. No explanation needed.
Most options get part of the way there. They taste fine on their own, then fade once they're in a real meal. Or they cook well once, then not the next time. Nothing is clearly wrong, which makes it harder to trust.
So we kept at it. Over time, a few versions started to stand out. Not dramatically. Just reliably better. Easier to cook. Better in a full dish. Something you'd buy again without thinking twice. That narrowed things down quickly.

What We Believe

Taste first.
Every decision starts with the question: does this make it taste better? If the answer isn't yes, the decision doesn't get made.
No shortcuts.
Caramelized onion takes 45 minutes. Cold-pressing takes longer than pressing. We do both. The product knows the difference.
Finish it right.
Twelve iterations isn't a story we tell. It's a quality threshold. We release when it's right, not when it's close.
Design matters.
Food is experienced before it's eaten. Every touchpoint — packaging, presentation, copy — is designed with intention.
